    This solution dehydrates and macerates food waste producing a mulch-like end product that is suitable for use as a soil amendment when previously composted. The by-product can be considered a “Sterile Biomass” since it has been sterilized by 180 degree temperatures for several hours however it is dry food waste, it is not compost. There is a chemical reaction that takes place removing significant water from the food waste however there is no biological process taking place as when doing composting. The end product is easy to store in a dry area however when in contact with ambiance moisture, it starts decomposing. The system requires no enzyme, additives or fresh water during the entirety of the decomposition process. The system is capable of reducing food waste weight and volume by 83% to 93% in no more than 24 hours. 


    An automated on-site waste decomposition system that decomposes compostable waste using an energy-efficient and automated control process. The system requires no enzyme, additives or fresh water during the entirety of the decomposition process. The system is equipped with water recycling technology that uses the condensate run off to control the humidity in the processing chamber during the process. The decomposition processing time will vary depending on the waste input but will be no longer than 24 hours.
